Error Code: 80151909. can't connect to the internet

I can't connect to the internet to get to xbox live on my verizon dsl modem.  I use to be able to but about a month ago it stopped.  I took the xbox to another person's home using Comcast and it works fine.

 

Please help.

How you going? I have just done an error code search for you and it says that it means your profile hasnt downloaded properly to fix this delete the profile and try to download again. For me info plz see here support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup hopfully this helps you out good luck.

What do you do if you need internet to download the profile because I tried that and it did not work
