Error Code 80151103

I keep getting the error code above. I've redownloaded the update, I've accepted the terms of service on the website, I've tried to download my profile several times with the same result. But my buddy recovered his to my xbox no problem. So what do i do if I've tried everything suggested.

try logging onto your account on hotmail.com, live.com, etc, and enter a mobil phone #. it'll work after that.

I did this and it worked. I signed in to my windows live account and was prompted to enter a mobile number. After all that it worked.

Hey guys - the above steps are exactly what you should try. Go to login.live.com and log into your account. Then, you will be prompted to verify your account. Once you do this, you should be good to go. Let us know if this helps you! :)

I tried to log into my account. It told me to put a name with my account and then made me a new account. I cannot get into my regular account it seems. I'd like to know what is going on and when this is going to be fixed.

Hey Brainiest, so if you try and log into Xbox.com, you are unable to do so, and you're getting a different account? It sounds like your WLID is not being recognized, and the system is creating a new GT for you. Are you sure you're entering your WLID correctly? If it is correct, I suggest calling phone support to ensure there hasn't been unauthorized access to your account.
