error code 80151103

Hello,

I have some issues with my xbox,

every time I try to log in to xbox live it says error code 80151103.

I tried everything what is on the website but it doesn't work.

Is this error code also occurring on other profiles on that same console?

hello,

I only have 1 xbox live profile on my xbox,

but if needed i can create a new one.

Also if I download my profile, as the loading bar is half way it says the same error.

Again i hope you understand my english

No need to make a new account. It was just a general question =)

It sounds like your internet connection is having a role in this issue.

Could you try the following:

  1. Restore your Xbox's Network Settings to Default
  2. Delete your profile (profile only, NOT profile and all items)
  3. Clear the System Cache twice
  4. Restart your console
  5. Re-download your profile

why would you need to delete your profile and redownload when its a connecting to xbox live issue im having not a profile issue.   my concern with this fix is mine worked earlier then lost connection again when playing gta and now wont reconnect.

Could you detailing out your situation by creating a new thread, including any error code you are getting and any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far. This will allow us to give you the very best support possible.

Download a profile from LIVE overwrites the existing data but it doesn't erase it. So, while sometimes doing an "overwrites" of the existing data, could leave the same problems intact, or creates new ones.

yes but the profile loading is the not the issue, staying connected to live is issue.

there is no need to create new post as im sure this is same error I got. reseting router didn't change anything.

What will happen if more persons are bringing their issues into the very same thread and start address their situation, to what they think looks similar. Yes, quite soon will this thread be flooded, as people are starting to notice that the only thing they really have in common is that they can't connect to Xbox LIVE.

Now, what do you say, sounds better with your own thread, doesn't it! :)
