Error code 80151103 attempting to download my profile

I have tried changing my password twice, no promp to authenticate the account, hoping to get help to solve this issue ASAP .

That error means there is an issue with your WLID. Sign into your account on Xbox.com or account.live.com to update your information.

Try resetting your WLID password at login.live.com follow prompts for "can't access your account?"

If you cannot reset it by having an email sent to you from WLID than you can click the link that says customer service and fill out the form. WLID will verify acct ownership and if matches will send email to reset password.
