Error code 80151015, Please help!

As the title says, every time I log into my profile I get this error: 80151015. I have searched for an answer on the website but I still don't really understand what to do..

I also read about removing profile and redownloading it..? Does that mean I lost all my data??! ...

I did nothing wrong. I just shut my xbox down and everything was fine, just now this...

I already re-inserted my harddrive incase that was the problem, but didn't work.

Please, I'm kind of panicking here. I don't want to loose my data..

Problem

You see the following error code when you try to sign in to your account on your Xbox console:

Error code: 80151015

This may mean that your profile is corrupted or your Microsoft account is blocked.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
  2. Go to Settings and select System Settings.
  3. Select Storage or Memory.
                                        
    1. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
    2. Select Clear System Cache.
                                        
    1. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
    2. Restart the Xbox console and try to sign in to your account.

If you still can’t sign in to your account, contact Xbox Support.
