error code 80151011

I cannot sign in to live on my console. but if i go on my console downstairs the profile works. any advice on how to get it working again?

Hi Kyle

 

Please follow these steps

 

Goto System Settings  and select Storage Devices choose the 1 with your profile on it and Delete your profile any other corrupt ones

 

Then press B  to come back out and on any storage device press Y 3 times once after the other and press ok each time to clear your cache doesn't matter which device it will clear all of them

 

Then  Restart Console and press the Xbox Guide Button the big X in the middle and Redownload your profile and then everything should be okay
