Error Code 80151006

Basically, change my gamertag today at 4.30 and after changing it sat on the dashboard for around 15 minutes before going out and turning my xbox off. Came back from the shop and get this error code 80151006 and it wont let me DL my gamertag. 

My old gamertag is showing on this site my New gamertag is Mr Shluuniverse which shows when i DL the account on ym xbox. Deleted the cache etc etc and still nothing. Had the account for 5 years. Help please.

i got this problem too.. when i sign in to my profile, its asking for email add and password.. after i type in my email add and password error message appears 80151006... need help

Not sure what this means but I just searched Mr Shluuniverse and it comes back as " this gamertag is not valid."

The first suggestion confuses me. I've had the account on XBL for 6 years, the name change is what bricked it.

I've called support they couldn't do anythin over the phone and sent me to some escalation team that i've now been waiting on. for 72 hours after being told i would be responded to within 48. Exciting times.
