Error code 80151006

HI ALL

I USED TO CONNECT TO LIVE BY MY GAMETAG NORMALY AND NOW I TRYED TO CONNECT TO LIVE AND I RECIVE AN error code 80151006

i never seen that probleme and i do those solutions:

1 i switch of my roteur for 10 mn

2 i tryed to download my old profile from another email and he show another probleme : you cant download that profile now try latter

3 ...i have nat probleme actually and i cant fix it pls help.....

If you get this message and error code, it means your Microsoft account is valid, but it is not associated with a LIVE account.

Solutions

Solution 1: Join Xbox LIVE

To sign up for an Xbox LIVE account associated with your Microsoft account, go to Join Xbox LIVE.

Solution 2: Contact Xbox Support

If you already have an Xbox LIVE account and you get this error, contact Xbox Support.

does this account have a live account linked to IT? If not that could be the reason why. Also do you currently have a membership left on the account maybe it expired?

This is an Accounts problem, not a Networking problem. Please consult the experts in account issues in Forum 03, http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/12.aspx
