Click on “Security info” under “Overview”

Make sure "2 Step Authentication" is enabled at the top of the page

Then return to “Security info” under “Overview”

Click on “Create a new app password” under “App passwords”

Enter your app password in the password field

Go here and select "Require Profile Download"

5.Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

6.Go back to Storage

7.Press LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X

8.Select Yes to clear the System Update

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1.Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your

controller).

2.Select Download Profile.

3.Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

4.Enter your Microsoft account password.
