Error code: 80072EF3 Help

Hello, Im having a problem with connecting to Xbox Live, and I have always been able to connect, until I did an update for Diablo 3 which promped to ask me for my email address and password. As you can tell my Email and Password is correct because im using the screen name I use on Xbox live. While trying to find out a solution I found the 3 steps below which did not work so, can someone plz help me fix this problem.

 

Go to the profiles section in your storage device and delete your profile if you see it there.

Go back to the list of storage devices and highlight your hard drive. Press Y and select 'Clear Cache'. Clear your cache 3 times.

Press the guide button and select 'Download Profile'. Put your email and password in and your account should redownload with no problems.

Never mind They forget to put in restart your xbox in the steps. I worked once I restarted my xbox.
