Error code 80072746

I can connect to live but every time I try and use a redeem code or try to do any kind of update I get this code. I have tried clearing the cache and I still get this code. I have tried a wireless and wired connection and I still get this code. I have had live for about five years now but frankly I am about to give up because of the issues I keep having with it. Please help.

I am curious to if you have tried directly connecting to your router?

Also if you have tried all of these solutions you may need to request a call from phone support.

Sorry to see this issues is still there. I've researched and found a verified solution for this error:

It turned out that it was my service provider. It would let me connect to Live but not download anything. I took my system to work and hooked it up to the internet there and it worked fine.
