This error keeps popping up even after I do everything it told me to do. I changed my password, I added a back-up email and phone number: twice !! It will not let me log on to xbox live. I need to get back to Halo 4 !! Please help me !

First off, did you update those security proofs (email and phone) on your console or online? Make sure they are saved and verified at
account.live.com too! While you're there, take a look in the "Security Info" section for Two-Step Verification. If it's enabled, there will be an option to Create an App Password to use when you sign in
on your console.
