Error code 80048821

I've had this issure for a couple of months now, it sometimes lets me on but it takes me about 30-60 minutes to log in. I've changed my password a few times, and my Xbox live is up to date. It was renewed earlier this month. It is really irritating and it is the reason why I barely touch my xbox anymore, which is a shame since i've had it for a while, and have had a 360 in general since 2007. All i wanna do is play online, because I paid for it. It will probably be the reason why i won't even bother with an xbox one. Come on microsoft, fix it

Yea, xbox.com is fine. I've changed my password and even considered changing my hotmail account and switching the emails. I've looked at the error code search and i've tried clearing the system cache and i don't think that did anything. I don't have an extra usb to move my account, well i think the ones i have aren't big enough. If it helps any, my sister uses my account on another xbox for netflix. She has done it before, so i don't think that is the problem plus we were on the same wi-fi connection

Have you used the error code search located support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup

Have you run through the steps detailed once you've entered your error code into the search? (Mainly the clearing system cache, moving your profile and then re-downloading it again)

I'm assuming you can log into Xbox.com just fine?
