Error code 0x80bd0007 - this child is already in a family?

Hello,

I am trying to change my sons privacy settings on his new Xbox One as he currently cant play multiplayer.

When I try to change it, there are no options to..as it is greyed out. The message says "this child is currently in another family".

How do I fix this, as anything I have read doesnt seem to have a definitive fix. So at the moment my son has a new Xbox One, his 4th year of Xbox Live but cant play anything online.

The help topics are very frustrating as it just goes round in circles.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Is it possible that he has been added to the system under another adult account?  What about if you are currently at the end of a Family Pack?  Those could both be reasons that you are having this issue.

I'm also and I really don't know how I can leave this family now . Because I have a teen account and I can do nothing.... please help me how I have to do the things to get an adults account.
