Error code 0x80bd0006

I get this when trying to view my subscription on my xbox one. Also when trying to look at my account on here (xbox.com) I get a 'uh oh, that shouldn't of happened' screen.

Any help would be magic, thanks :)

Not sure about the error, but in the meantime can you view it on http://commerce.microsoft.com/ ???

I can see my account through that link yes. I'm not sure what that has to do with being able to view my subscriptions via my X1 though. And I'm still getting that uh oh that shouldn't of happened screen when I click on My Account under my gamertag on this website.

Still waiting for the Advocacy team. So much for the 2-3 days that I was told was the waiting time to hear from them. Why do you guys lie?, Why not just tell us that you're not sure when they'll get back to us? It only angers and frustrates people, makes them feel like they're being given the run around. I would of took a response telling me that they might take a week to get back to me, but no, I was told 2-3 days. I'm getting rather tired of all of this. I just want to have my account in good shape and play games. Is that too much to ask?

Three hours after I wrote the above post and I'm back here now having to write this apology. The advocacy team sorted out my account and everything now works as it should.

Just read this post as i have had this same problem from launch. I too have call log records and emails but still no fix. I am unable to make any purchasees although i have credit.
