8+yr XBL Veteran here, I just read a previous post about a year ago on the same issue that I am having. I have currently spent over 2 hrs with phone support and have been escalated to tier 3. But after reading the last topic on this I feel discouraged, as the solution took about 2 months to be resolved. I am hoping that a year later, the issue will be solved in a more timely manner. So far its been 1 week since I have been able to connect to XBL.
Any past solutions and or tips and tricks are more than welcome!
