error 8015190B

im getting an error "8015190B" when i try to put in my password at sign in for my new xbox i got and for some reason im getting this error but my profile works fine on my brothers xbox so please help i have tried clearing system cache on my storage devices and still wont connect to the internet for some reason maybe i should change back to my old email as that may help fix things..... but im not sure so please help me further my progress in trying to fix this error

Could you try to delete your Xbox LIVE Profile from your Xbox? Then try and re-download your profile again. Remember to only delete the profile, and NOT the content.

i never really listened to what you said, all i did was wait a few hours and it worked as what you guys suggest dont actually work as im an IT guru so i know what happens
