Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your router and your modem, and how your Xbox is set up to the gateway. Also, state whether you connect wired or wireless with your Xbox.
If you haven't already, power cycle your network equipment and restore Xbox network settings to factory defaults as follows:
Power off your modem and router for 5 minutes. Power on the modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on the router and wait another minute.
Turn on the Xbox and navigate to Xbox network settings. Select the Additional Settings tab. Select
Restore to network settings to factory defaults. If wired, press "B" on your controller and select
Test Xbox LIVE Connection. If wireless, re-configure Xbox wireless settings.
