Error 80151011?

So, I've been getting this error, even though my password/username are correct. So, I know that's not the issue. I've tried steps 1, 2, 4, and 5 on http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live/errors/error-code-80151011 , and I'm currently working on 3. I'm just saving my information on my usb before I go at it. So, if solution 3 doesn't work, is there any other known solutions that could possibly fix this annoying issue?

I'm sorry, in advance, if this is in the wrong section, but I was told to go here by some forum post, if none of the solutions worked.

Hello sir. The most common solution to this to delete your profile (only) and re-download it again with your Microsoft Account Information. If this doesn´t works, you should call Xbox Support here:

support.xbox.com/.../request-call

Or talk with an Ambassador. Hope all goes fine and according to the plan ;). Have a nice day

Hi, delete the profile if you didn't already, now the important part, clear the system cache three times one after the other. Power the console off and back on, download your profile.

It worked for me! I had the exact same problem and had tried every other solution on the xbox forums and error code page! Thanks ThingOnAString!
