Error 80072EF3

I've been trying to sign in to my account for the last 30 minutes, but it keeps giving me this error. I've deleted my profile, cleared the cache (several times) and still get this message.

Any help would be appreciated.

This status code is related to an issue with connecting to the internet network. Can you test your network connection and let me know what messages you receive?

To test connection of your network:

1. Settings

2. System Settings

3. Network

4. Select the wired or wireless network you are using.

5. Test Xbox Live Connection

If you do get an error with the network it should say to continue for more information on the issue and will get specifics into which portion of the connection is not functioning properly for you.

Have you contacted your ISP ( Internet service provider )  or Xbox phone support to troubleshoot your network? You may also want to make sure there are the least amount of interference possible between the device and router. Also try turning off some of the other devices such as your Surface and 3DS to cut down on the pull from them on the network too many devices can also mess with the network.
