Error 80072EE2

I keep getting this error code when I try to login to Xbox LIVE. I am on a wireless connection and have reset my modem and router multiple times. I have also cleared my cache. All to no avail. This is very frustrating. I can sign in (after a 1-2 minute delay) but I can't talk in party chat with any friends or play any games online. What confuses me is that this particular error code is symbolic of an xbox having trouble and timing out when trying to download something from the marketplace. I am not trying to download anything from the marketplace. Help?

I have the latest dash board. It's been working fine the entire time I've had it. With the exception of Xbox LIVE right now.

I am having the same error code here, but i can still play online and chat with friends. Marketplace and my Apps are inaccessible. The content comes back some minutes later, but the error is very frequent, at least 3 times a day. I already opened my network ports. I have the latest update installed with no errors.
