Error 0x80bd0006

I've been trying to put in the 14 day trial Xbox Live Code that came with my Xbox One. When I put it in and press confirm, it says I already have Xbox Live (Which I Don't). When I go to my settings and see my subscriptions it say's, "We Couldn't get info about your subscriptions from Xbox Live. (0x80bd0006)" Any help or info would be great.

Is there another Xbox Live profile signed into your console that does have a gold membership? Try redeeming the code over at our Code Redemption page and see if the results change.

I'm having the same problem, my Xbox one isn't connecting to the Internet even tho when I test it says all services are available, and when I try to check subscriptions and billing it comes up with the error code. The only option on my home screen is just the home bit, there's no games and apps section or anything like that.
