error: 0x8015DC05

When trying to get into my xbox profile The Following Appears error: 0x8015DC05 already called the call center did all the processes and the attendant asked not solve the problem. any solution? Please dont know what to do

That looks like an emerging issue code that hasn't been classified yet.  What else is the error telling you?  Is it asking you to update info on your account?  Security proof update maybe?  Is it a billing issue, is your subscription up to date?

Start with making sure your security proofs are up to date, 2 good emails and a phone number on your account is the minimum.  Update your info at account.live.com

Next check your subscription status at commerce.xbox.com and see if you have something in decline.  I ran into something like that once where something I purchased was actually declined and the system never was able to get the funds from me, so they suspended my account until I got it caught up.  Worth a look at least.

A message saying there was a problem que and check my account in account.live.com and 0x8015DC05. I checked and found nothing wrong Appears.

My subscription is up to 17/01.

commerce.xbox.com not hesitate, unable to access it.

the error started after changing privacy settings of the xbox one.

If it's telling you to visit account.live.com then it's probably needing you to update your proofs.  Log in there and click on Security and Password, make sure you have at least one back up email and a phone number (best to use a mobile number so you can get a text to verify).  And maybe change your password to be safe.

According to their recent security updates and ToU agreement, all accounts need to have good contact info on them.  If not then they suspend your account until that info is up to date.

updated the information and nothing happens the same error always Appears. When you log in and access xbox.com profile my account happens that error "Oops! This should not have happened. Seems you found a problem with the system." and a code of immense error then

Are you trying to access the site on a phone or tablet?  That looks like an error code for one of those.  To access the secure site you'll need to be on an actual computer.
