I am aware that Microsoft is looking into the log in problems with this but I would like to know if they have discovered the problem and are trying to fix the issue or if they are still trying to figure out what is causing it.
If you're having connection issues, quite often a hard reboot will resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.
