if you were unaware of your suspension on an you didnt know what you did an the enforcement team never replied within the time frame, who would you know what you did wrong. For example:

If received message via email stating that suspension during xbox live communication and the customer lives in New Zealand.

1. The Kenetic has not yet had fully been updated (kenetic is only activated with Hand Gestures and Party Chat)

2. The Customer does not have a headset 

Now in this case how would you resolve this issue to a customer for suspension due to communication on xboxlive. explain please with a verdic.
