Im writing about a concern for a suspension on my account that i believe was made by a false report. I receieved 2 suspensions recently first for communication and second for "threats and harassment" , to clarify what is going on I believe another user has been falsely reporting my account and getting suspensions put on me for actions i have not done out of spite. No messages in my account were harmful or harassing in any way and after my communication was suspended i still am being accused of threats. I would like this issue to be resolved as i already tried to go through the microsoft appeal.

Hi there,


No one in the forums can assist with any suspensions issued by the Enforcement team. Only an Enforcement team member can and they do not use the forums.


If you've already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld then you will have to wait out the suspension.
