Apologies if this has been posted before but here's my problem.
I've been connected to xbox live for almost a year with my eircom router firewall set to medium. The xbox was disconnected and moved to another room and then returned to it's original position and no amount of troubleshooting would get me connected to live again. It was never a problem so I contacted eircom support who said I needed my router set to low and when I did live connected with no problem, I've tried to resolve this issue with eircom but they say its a problem with my xbox set up!! Can anyone shed some light on this please??
