My son has a child account under my adult account. He is 14 years old but finds he cannot play EA games on line with his friends. I have been informed that EA policy is not to grant access to anyone with a child account on line access. The only way this can be overridden is if his account is an Adult one. Simple, you would think. Apparently not. Xbox does not allow a change to a child account until that account reaches 18 years old. It cannot be changed on line by myself and Xbox will not do it as its against their policy. Unless I am missing something, no child with a child account can play EA games on line. Please tell me I am wrong and there is a way around this. If not, I have a very unhappy child, who now has EA games that he has paid full price for but are restricted in their use.
