dvd disks will not play.

All other media plays correctly. No noise or scratching, etc. Just won't accept DVD disks. Audio CDs, Blurays play correctly.

Thanks,
Chris.

I just came back from vacation and it now works. I do get another error from time to time but I can get rid of it by turning the power off and back on.

Hey guys - I've since tried to play a dvd in mine - it took me straight to the store and an app called blu ray disc - that enables you to play all of your favourite DVD and blu ray movies.  I've launched that app and my DVD worked fine! I hope this helps! :)

I think that there is an app that you have to download first to enable that.  The same audio CD's etc.  Best advice I can give you is to check the Xbox Store for an app - I've seen a blu ray app too. :)
