DTS sound option resets to 7.1 pcm after switching off the xbox one

Hi, When I set the sound option to DTS in the settings menu, that works fine. But after I switch off my Xbox one, and switch it on again, the setting is set to 7.1 pcm again. This happens everytime I turn offthe xbox. I dont want to manually set it to DTS every time I switch the xbox one. Does anyone know why this is happening, and how it can be fixed? Best regards, Menno

I noticed this too, around the time you posted this.  I just set it to 5.1 PCM and stopped trying DTS because I got sick of it switching.

You must turn on the reciever and then the xbox, don't turn on the xbox first!

Im in the same boat, only its happening to me about every 3 to 4 times I turn on the Xbox, plus and I have my receiver on always before I turn the Xbox on . My receiver is a Pioneer VSX 1122-k. (Bought brand new the day before the Xbox hit the shelves).
