Downloading profile

I was having issues accessing all live content (apps etc) and getting error code: 80072741

One suggested solution was re-downloading my xbox profile, so I have removed it from my console but now when trying to download it I get the message

"Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. try again later.


So effectively at the moment my console is redundant.

Help would be appreciated.

Yeah, a lot of times when you have issues accessing content, it could simply be related to your connection. Even if you have a great speed, there are sometimes kinks that would slow you down a bit.

If anything, give this a try, unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds, plug it back in.
On the 360 go to storage and clear cache. after that, turn off your console and turn it back on.
Once it's on again, try to download your profile again.
