Downloading profile to xbox 360 causes error 80151012

Tried to login to xbox live yesterday. First I got page where I should fill email and password for my login. Everything was good until I got screen where it asked if I would like to xbox remember my password. It even showed that how many friends I have online. Proceeding from that page caused error 80151012. This issue was not related to my xbox or hdd. My friend managed to download his profile into my xbox without any problems. I contacted support and tried all things from cleaning cache to filling additional security info to account and changing passwords. Nothing helped. Deleted profile and tried to download it again. It started to download it, but stucked after maybe 10-15%.Then I got same error again (80151012). Finally they said that they will send my problem to some other people who can investigate locks. She also said that it will take up to 19 days to resolve my issue! That's not acceptable! It should be matter of hours or max couple of days. My live gold account is useless now and I have ea season ticket and it seems that I can't Even get early release for Madden next week. And actually, I don't even have my own profile in xbox, because it was suggested to delete before loading it again. And all this is happening when NHL 14 is released. This all is just so frustrating. Hopefully someone can help me sooner than 19 days. Who will substitute loss of live gold and ea season ticket while I can't use it?

I just helped several people with this same problem last night.  My way seemed to work.  So I will post it here.  It is the same process from error code 80151011

Or I typed them out for you

1) Go to your System Settings

2) Select Storage

3) Select System Items

4) Delete Content Cache

5) Back out and go to Profiles.  If your profile shows up here, delete it(profile only, not items or saves)

6) Back out to Storage and Clear Cache 3 times by pressing Y and select clear system cache.

7) After this is done, power down your Xbox and and unplug it.

Now, go to your PC and go to login.live.com.

Login and select "Password and Security Info"

Select "Change Security Info"

Now change atleast your secret question.

After that is done, plug in your Xbox, and re-download your profile.

Try to delete your marketplace system data in system items also.  Then clear cache and re-download

Thanks for your response. That doesn't seem to work. I still got same error. I had chat with helpdesk and they couldn't resolve this issue with normal procedures. It seems that it can be only solved by more advanced support. I guess I just have to wait and hope for the best. But if you still have some suggestions, please let me know. Thanks.

I don't have my own profile in xbox, because it was already deleted yesterday. I haven't been able to download my profile since. I had tried to clear cache between all steps I had been testing. Tried to enable two-step autentication, disabled it, changed security question. I have alternative emaid address phone number in my account. Always it seems to end up with same error message.

This does sound quite frustrating. I looked into your escalation, and it sounds like you have run through all the relevant troubleshooting steps, and your case has now been bumped up, so you should be hearing back from the Advocacy team soon. 

Let us know if it has been a few days without any word, and we can go from there.
