It's been nearly a month and a half since I first lodged my issue with the xbox support team. Apparently they are working on it but have said there is no ETA and haven't given me any sort of info. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same error code?
And if so how long did it take them to fix your account?
Another gamer reported when they checked their billing data at
http://commerce.microsoft.com they found a past due problem which when fixed solved the 800704DC status error code.
