I followed the directions for recovering a gamertag from xbox live. After selecting "recover gamertag", I am presented with an email entry box. There is no choice for "no email with this gamertag". I tried entering the gamertag instead, but indicated is not valid.
I purchased the family gold plan, added two of my children. Now, how to I add them to the xbox so they can sign in? Additionally, it would be terrific if I could add them to the users they already have on the unit.
