Downgrade to Silver

It is 3:18 in the morning.

I have to wake up in less than four hours.

I have been trying to get my account to work for an obscene amount of time.

I have failed spectacularly.

I am more than a little upset.

Please excuse me if I seem angry at any point during this (I am, of course, but please excuse me as it's not personal).

I would like to downgrade my account from Gold to Silver.

I cannot.

I cannot contact tech support because I am never awake during normal business hours due to my work schedule. 

I hace tried renewing my account with a new credit card.

It hasn't let me.

It will not let me remove the old card.

I don't want Gold.

I don't play multiplayer.

I just want to download some DLC for Skyrim.

I cannot because my Gold membership has expired.

I cannot renew my Gold membership.

Please downgrade my membership to Silver.

Once you have gold you can't get rid of it until you run out. once you start it's on. no timeouts. you'll have to wait until your gold runs out to downgrade to silver as far as I know.

My Gold has already run out. It says that my account has been suspended because the billing option is no longer valid. I added another card and it keeps giving me the runaround. I would much rather go to SIlver than renew Gold, but I can't do that either. How do I go to Silver?

I just want to download content for Skyrim. I will drown an orphan in a shallow pond if it will enable me to do so.

I am not at all joking or being ironic. I will also, as a second option, drown a number of puppies if it is so desired.

alright well that's a little violent but anyways if I remember correctly It should be giving you the option to downgrade when you select that you don't want to renew your account

You have to pay off thr balance before you can downgrade or use the account offline

Depending on the plan if it is 1month you cannot cancel

If it is 3 minths or a year y ou would have to be within the first 30days but a suspension happens withing the 27st day so unless it just hapoened today there is no chance of canc eling

You will have to honor the terrms of use

You will need to contact support and settle your billing issues. That is really your only option at this point.

Yeah, the problem was that my account was in the negatives somehow. I contacted customer support and got everything fixed.

Oh and ignore the puppy/orphan drowning bit. I was running on no sleep. THen I decided to stay up all night, work a double, come home and drink heavily.

This was not a weekend of good choices.
