DoubleNAT and multiplayer

Hey! I have a problem with my XBOX ONE S. 

On "Current network status", there is always written: "NAT Type: Strict", and "Double NAT detected".

When testing network connection it is all good, but for multiplayer connection and NAT type tests it says: "Your network is not set up".

Im using 4g internet with TP- Link TL MR6400 router.

Can anyone help me to get Nat open?

I'm having exactly the same issue with my tplink MR200 which is using a 4g sim card on the 3 network, tried loads of workarounds but nothing is working, not good!

You have to consult with your service provider, if they are able to switch you from a carrier grade NAT (CGN), to a public leased IP address.

The impossible just takes a little longer

Same here. I also have the tplink mr600. But I’ve tried a few other routers and have the same issue. Happened about 2 weeks ago after the update. We have all public leased IP addresses... Have been on with support a few times and they tell me to call my ISP. I work for my isp. We are a fixed wireless isp and we use radio transmitters. I’ve been though the network with my boss and there are no problems. Not to mention we have many other clients on our network using Xbox Live no problem. This is clearly Xbox software issue, we need a fix.

We have been having the same problem with a different router set up.  It's my belief it had something to do with an update because everything was fine before that update.  My son's Xbox still shows Your network is not set up, and the multiplayer connection works intermittently but drops signals (which is frustrating for him in the middle of some big Destiny events).  We had no problem before the update.  I have contacted my ISP, my router manufacturer, and Xbox, and they all blame the others.  I hope they resolve this soon!
