double billing of grove music

It was an incredibly frustrating experience to try to find some kind of support on this issue other than forcing to post this on this forum or tweeting it. I don't want this issue and reponse public due to the fact that it is a billing issue.

For the last two months I've been double billed for grove music and want to have those transactions reversed and one of the grove music accounts cancelled (both are billing to the same xbox account).
