Last night my account was suspended. I hadn't had communication with anyone for over 4 hours prior (the last message I had sent was to tell someone the game had a glitch). I submitted a case review and the Enforcement Team responded by saying I had 'used demeaning language and misogynistic slurs against another Xbox live user", which obviously hadn't happened as I hadn't even had communication with anyone. So they blatantly lied to me during the case review. I contacted customer service to file a complaint but apparently they can't do that because it's a different team. That doesn't make any sense. I've looked around for some way of contacting anyone to make a complaint about being lied to and apparently there is no way to do that. As an Xbox live user I can receive false reports and get suspended for something I didn't do but there is no way to submit a real report towards an Xbox team for terrible customer service and incompetence? That's a little hypocritical if you ask me. From where I'm sitting right now it seems like Microsoft just doesn't care and can't be bothered providing their customers proper support. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this situation.
