Does anyone have an ETA on the fix?

After reading everyones posts I think we would all like reassurance on a few things like

1. Will the service be resumed today or is this it now?

2. Those that have followed the advice of the tech team and lost profiles will they have everything back or be reimbursed?

and 3. I just want to check something on forza so can you just let me back on pretty please lmao

I've just got off the phone to customer support about  this problem & he told me that they are working on the problem now & said that hopefully the service should be up & running again as normal within a couple hours..

.he better be right as I deleted my profile & can't re download it atm so I can't even play anything atm lol
