there is not a service alert for Netflix, however most of my friends have been having a problem with loading their games. If the above option does not work, please try clearing your system coatch. To do this, please:
Sign into your Xbox Account on your Xbox 360
Head over to the Settings Tab
Go into System Settings
Go into Memmory, or Storage
Then hover over the storage device that Netflix is downloaded to
Then click onto Clear System Coatch
This may work, it worked with my friends for Call of Duty and it may work for you. Could you please post your results.
