Disk Tray Opening

Hi, i have an xbox elite and when i close the gametray it reopens again and when powering off the conole the tray also opens! HELP

it looks like you have a disk tray error.

only solution is to get it repaired the switch inside the drive is broken ore dirty so it doesn't know if the tray is open ore closed.

Try blowing in your trey! Or only solution is to get it repaired the switch inside the drive is broken ore dirty so it doesn't know if the tray is open ore closed.

Hey  I was having a similar problem where my disc tray was opening on its own even when my xbox was powered off.  Support had me go to settings - system- storage - hard drive and clear the system cache 3 times then restart my Xbox. As strange as it sounds it solved the problem for me. Hope this helps.
