A while back I sent in my Xbox 360 S because of it's internet connectivity issues. When I got it back, everything was fine. After a couple of days, the disk tray would eject mid-game. It only happened a handful of times so I assumed that it had gotten bumped. My Xbox continued to function normally until about the time the warranty expired. Then, the disk tray started acting up as well as the power button. Now, whenever I put in a game, within 10 minutes my disk tray will pop out, erasing any progress I had made, and making it difficult to retrieve the disc without breaking something. When this happens, the Xbox cannot be turned off, even when the disk tray eventually settles down (which takes a while). I don't hear the fan turn on and I was wondering if that was the problem. Or is there something missing that prevents the heat sensors to get too hot?
