Disconnection Problems

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

It just disconnects when I'm on the dashboard and Watching Netflix.

Hey TheJoester92! Can you tell us a little more about your issue - do you have connection issues in game play? Are you able to reconnect after you're disconnected? The more specifics the better! Also, sometimes re-downloading your profile can help with disconnection issues - will you try the steps in this link (forums.xbox.com/.../153143.aspx) and let us know if that helps! :)

Ok I will try re-downloading soon and I will let you know. Well basically it just disconnects me when I'm at the dashboard, playing single player or on netflix. It doesn't disconnect me when I am playing online multiplayer. Sometimes if I am lucky it lets me recomnnect almost immediately but 95% of the time it says there are issues with the connection and that I have to test it and it always comes back there.

Hey again! Definitely let us know, also if you still have trouble after downloading your profile check this out - I see that you are unsure if UPnP is enabled? If it is not enabled your router might be prevented from communicating effectively. To turn this on for your router you may have to contact Ubee support since I'm unable to locate the manual online. If you do have the manual though you should be able to find directions on how to enable UPnP. Let us know for both troubleshooting steps! :)

try logging in to your router go to advanced settings and tick enable UPnP save and reboot.  Set your Xbox network settings  to automatic and reboot.  See if it helps.

Ok got it I am currently testing to see if my Xbox lives through a netflix movie and if it works I will post the steps here. This only for Ubee modems.
