Disconnecting from Xbox live when trying to play a game or enter a party chat

I recently bought fifa 14 and since then I have had problems with live. When trying to enter a party it will work for a few seconds then disconnect and kick me off live. When tryin to play a game against a friend or randomer it will tell me that I have lost ea server connection and seconds later kick me off live. So I started to attempt to solve the issue(after swearing a lot at the xbox tbh) i tried turning it all devices off and on again. This worked for one game and then was kicked off live. I tried clearing the system cache and deleting my profile. This also worked for one game only. I've tried to disable my upnp and forward the ports but port 3074 is apparently duplicated however I can't see it on my list. I have tried to allow the xbox through dmz on a static ip, which didn't work at all. I tried to connect with a wire, no luck. Now to be completely honest I'm out of ideas. Any help will be greatly appreciated Also recently I've been signing in and out between every game which works but is clearly not a solution. Xbox has stated no nat issues. My upnp is enabled for now. My mtu is set above the minimum. My speeds on the Xbox netflix are totally fine.

Try to delete your profile (profile only), clear your cache (3 times), and then download your profile again. See if that solves the issue you're experiencing with signing out everytime you start a game.

To delete your profile (profile only):

Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Select your storage device > Gamer Profiles > Delete the gamertag you're having this issue with. Make sure when deleting you select Delete Profile Only.

Clear your cache (3 times in a row):

Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Highlight your storage device and press Y > Clear System Cache > Press Yes.  Make sure to do this step 3 times in a row.

Re-download your profile:

Push the middle button on your Xbox 360 controller and go to Download Profile. Enter in your e-mail/password and it will begin to re-download your profile.

Please Note: If you're using 2-Step Verification you will need to use the Application Password that you generated upon setting up 2-Step and not your normal password. This is again, only if you have 2-step verification enabled.
