Then I would suggest calling Support and ask for Connectivity so they can confer with the network operator and seek out your stubborn problem. Your support number is 81080020581044

I do not have a modem, can be the problem?

Have you been able to determine what model your ISP provided? What does it mean?

Hi monsrRUS! One piece of information we are still missing is your modem. Have you been able to determine what model your ISP provided? Also - would it be possible to try a direct, wired connection to that modem, bypassing your router completely? That might help ensure we can isolate the issue to your router. :) Thanks!

Try reset your router to factory defaults. Disconnect all Ethernet cable's attached to your router. Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds and release. Power off your router for a couple of minutes.

Access your router and turn off UPnP (UPnP is enabled by default). Make sure all entries under Port Forward are blank. Go to DMZ on your router and enter your Xbox static IP address. Save/Apply and reboot.

As for your Xbox network settings, make sure you have entered DNS setting manually as well.

Could you check if your router obtains an already NAT'd connection. Look at your router's WAN Internet IP address. Is this IP address within the private address realm or the public realm. Do not post up your WAN IP address just tell us if this an private or public IP address.

Post back and let us know how it goes.

Please advise what modem your ISP provided, as the Asus WL-500gP V2 is not a gateway, and is only a router (a very impressive router, indeed, but just a router).

I'd also suggest, since you are getting ejected from LIVE intermittantly, that is Sounds like the local profile is out of date or corrupted, and when an app or routine asks for data from it, it causes the involuntary disconnection. I'd start by clearing the system cache (it's just temporary files plus game updates, automatically reloaded) by:

1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the controller, go 2 clicks right to Settings, pick System Settings.

2) Select Storage (or Memory if Storage).

3) Move over any hard drive or memory unit (not the Cloud) & press (Y) on your controller & pick Clear System Cache.

4) When asked to confirm storage device maintenance, choose Yes.

Now, re-download your profile.

1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button

2) Select Download Profile (and if you don't see it, press the blue X button to make sure you're not signed in) and proceed with Profile Download.

3) Enter the Microsoft Account addresse for your Xbox LIVE gamertag when asked.

4) Enter the password for the Microsoft Account.

4A) If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID & password is required as well to download your profile.

5) Pick the storage device for your profile (choose Hard Drive if you have one, or Memory Unit if you don't have a Hard Drive).

6) When the download completes you will be asked if you want the console to remember your password. If it's your home console, I'd say yes, otherwise I'd think carefully about leaving my profile unprotected on somebody else's Xbox!

7) Sign in, and retry. Please let us know if that solved the problem.
