Disconnecting every 10 minutes.

Hi. Every 10 minutes I keep getting disconnected from live. It's been happening for 2 days now. I've tried resetting router, forwarding ports, enabling upnp ect nothing works. I even got a new xbox and it does the same thing. The signal is full so it's not that. Any help please?

My Xbox is also disconnecting, I can only play half a game, for example; I play AW for like 4 minutes and then all players freeze and my Xbox Live disconnects, every 10 minutes or so. It allows me to reconnect though and then it just repeats the issue. Yes I have restarted my router and no I do not have other electronics on using my network. I need help, it's been doing ever since I got it on Christmas Day, please someone who knows how to solve this issue!

It doesn't happen on anything else so I guess it's niot my ISP

Could you check if your ISP connection is causing that? To properly check that, do the following:

On your PC open up a command prompt (on Windows press "Windowskey + R" and type "cmd" in the small window. On Mac or Linux simply open a Terminal window).

In the window type the following command:

ping www.google.com -t

(when using Linux or a Mac omit the -t command)

You should get rows upon rows with numbers.

Now use your console. As soon as you get disconnected, check your computer. Did the numbers on the output change significantly? Or did the output change completely?

Nope nothing worked still doing it :(, tried another router also doing it to.

I found it and it says DGND3700 N600 ?

I've been logged in for about an hour now and no disconnections, might of fixed it doing that stuff before.

Thank you! N600 spans from different models. Try find the model number that begins with WNDR.
