disconnected wille playing

when I use my reel acount " TOXICxDARKNESS " I get disconnected after about a minute. what can i do to fix the problem.

Let's start with an error code report. Can you answer the following?

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

Modem brand & model number:

Router brand & model number:

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

W:

X:

Y:

Z:

ID:

L:

Q:

T:

D:

S:

C:

As well, have you tried deleting your profile and redownloading it? If not, here's how:

1)  Go to settings/storage

2) Go to hard drive or the memory unit you are using

3) Go to profiles

4) Click "Delete Profile"

5) Click "Delete Profile Only" (be careful not to delete profile and items)

6) Clear your system cache 3 times

7) Redownload your profile

See if any of these helps. :)
