After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen? Network, Internet and Live connected.
I get randomly disconnected from Xbox Live. Doesn't give me a reason and it doesn't matter what I'm doing at the time. I could be playing a game or just sitting at the Dashboard. I've checked my Router settings, I've reset the Xbox network settings to default and I've manually added the DNS. All to no avail. I'm at a loss and gettting VERY annoyed that this keeps happening without any sort of acknowledgement from Microsoft that there is a problem many are suffering.
