disconnected from xbox live when open Zune video or music marketplace

everytime i open up a zune video or music marketplace, i get kicked off xbox live.  when i exit the marketplace, it logs me back in.  when i am in the video or music marketplace and i try to connet to xbox live, it says it cannot connec t and redirects me to xbox.com/support but no error code.  other video services like netflix, espn, and hulu continue to work.  i have tested connections, cleaned out my memory cache, and even reset up my xbox but to no avail.

any ideas?

You said you cleaned out your memory cache, but I'm not sure you did enough. You need to go into Memory\Games and completely delete Zune. Then go back to Zune and re-download it.

I am having the exact same issue and I just realized that it is happening as of today... same as you. Wondering if there is an issue with Zune and an update that we may have just downloaded? I cannot for the live of me figure out what the problem is. Have you had any luck since posting?

Are you currently signed into Zune, Zune.net or Xbox.com while having these issues? If so, can you try signing out and back in again?

I was having the same issue.

I used the suggestion from "The Bionic Lord"  posted on 9/4 @ 1:58am in this thread ("need to go into Memory\Games and completely delete Zune. Then go back to Zune and re-download it").

It worked instantly!
