Disconnected from Xbox Live once I hit a Title screen

Im signed into Xbox Live then I hit play game once I get to the title screen of ANY game it says disconnected from xbox live and I cant sign back in until I go to the dashboard which automatically signs me back in, and if I try to load up a game again it just signs me right back out....WHY?
